UP & DOWN Cutter, double flute Spiral Solid Carbide end-mill made from High-quality Tungsten Carbide Steel. An updown cutter is used for profile cutting to improve the finish of the edge at the top and the bottom of the material. This is because the flutes at the top surface and the bottom surface push into the material to reduce chips on the cutting edge for a smoother finish.
